KIDMARK faced challenges with audience targeting, as their products appealed to a broad range of parents and caregivers. Additionally, previous campaigns struggled with ad fatigue, leading to lower engagement and rising costs. To address these challenges, I refined the targeting by using custom and lookalike audiences, focusing on parents, expecting mothers, and caregivers in specific regions. I tested different creative formats, including video ads and carousel ads, to keep the content fresh and engaging.

Additionally, previous campaigns had resulted in ad fatigue, leading to lower engagement and higher costs. To tackle this, I refined audience targeting using custom and lookalike audiences, specifically reaching parents, expectant mothers, and caregivers. We also experimented with engaging creative formats, including carousel ads and video content, to keep the ads fresh and appealing. Dynamic product ads helped personalize the experience, showing products based on user interactions.

Health and wellness

The health brand faced challenges with broad targeting, as their wellness products appealed to a wide demographic from fitness enthusiasts to individuals managing specific health goals. Previous campaigns were struggling with low engagement due to ad fatigue and repetitive messaging.

To overcome this, I refined the targeting by building custom and lookalike audiences centered around health-conscious users such as people interested in nutrition, fitness, weight management, skincare health, and general wellness. We also refreshed the creatives by testing multiple formats, including educational video snippets, testimonial-style content, and clean carousel visuals that highlighted product benefits.

Techreload Inc

The tech brand faced challenges with broad targeting, as their gadgets and accessories appealed to a wide audience—from tech enthusiasts to everyday users looking for practical solutions. Previous campaigns were seeing lower engagement due to ad fatigue and repetitive creatives.

To address this, I refined the targeting by creating custom and lookalike audiences focused on gadget lovers, early adopters, and people interested in smart home devices, electronics, and innovative tech solutions. We also refreshed the creatives by testing multiple formats, including product demo videos, carousel ads highlighting features, and testimonial-style visuals showcasing real user experiences.

Trevil’s budget was moderate, making efficient ad spend crucial. I introduced video ads, carousel ads, and dynamic product ads to capture attention and showcase multiple products. This helped combat ad fatigue and maintain high engagement. We also set up a Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) to allocate funds to the highest-performing ad sets, ensuring maximum ROI.

Bliss and Beyond - USA

Bliss & Beyond USA struggled with low engagement and minimal repeat purchases due to generic, non-personalized email campaigns. To fix this, I restructured their Klaviyo setup with smart segmentation based on customer behavior and purchase history.

I optimized key flows. Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, and Post-Purchase using dynamic product recommendations and clean, engaging designs. SMS reminders were added to boost urgency and conversions.

With improved targeting, fresh content, and ongoing A/B testing, Bliss & Beyond saw higher open rates, stronger retention, and a major increase in revenue from email and SMS marketing.

Luxe Lane

The fashion brand faced challenges with broad targeting, as their clothing and accessories appealed to a wide audience from trendsetters to everyday shoppers.

To improve performance, I refined the targeting by building custom and lookalike audiences focused on fashion enthusiasts, style-conscious shoppers, and people interested in seasonal trends and accessories. Creatives were refreshed with lookbook carousels, styling videos, and testimonial-style visuals showcasing real customer outfits.

As a result, the brand saw a 70% increase in add-to-cart actions and a significant boost in repeat purchases within the first month, proving that precise targeting and engaging creatives can drive measurable growth for a Shopify fashion store.
